Notes Pamphlet is in beautiful, clean and neat condition as is has been kept in the original envelope. The envelope is a little tanned to edges and has a few minor marks. It had been opened fairly carefully and has two tiny tears to the flap but no loss. Residual gum lines to the envelope.
