Notes Gilt is bright and joints and are sound. rubbed and scuffed to edges of spine and with some white scuff marks to teh upper board. Further rubbing wear to edges though the gilt decorations are largely unaffected. title label chipped to one side missing the gilt titles words. Clean and sound.

Boundin full dark blue leather heavily decorated in gilt to the spine with a repeating design between the raised bands. REd labels with gilt titles. gilt ruling to the edges of both boards, gilt decoration to the board edges and blind stamped dentelles to the inside of the boards. Marbled endpapers match teh marbled closed page edges. Stamped bound by Mudie to the recto of the front endpaper.
