Hardback. The extensive diary and letters of Frances Burney, later Madame d'Arblay, and best known as novelist Fanny Burney. She was also "Keeper of the Robes" to Queen Charlotte, wife of George III. Six volume set in red cloth. Edited by her niece Charlotte Barrett and this new edition with preface and notes by Austin Dobson. First thus. Indexed. All volumes have a book plate with the scallop crest and motto semper praecinctus of the Mulholland family, the Barons Dunleath.
