Notes	Top corner of fore edge of both upper board and of lower board, and bottom corner of fore edge of lower board lightly bumped. Bottom edge of both upper and of lower board lightly bumped. Head of spine of dust jacket chipped. Rear panel of dustjacket rubbed. The with compliments slip had been paper clipped to the half title page and there is a the faint imprint of the shape of the clip to that page and those adjacent. A very good copy in a very good dust jacket.
