Further engravings throughout to head and tail of each chapter and within text, showing country folk, Irish places, and nature. A sort of sequel to his anecdotal travels in Ireland recounted in the earlier Lovely is the Lee. Map of south west Ireland to the endpapers. Turquoise cloth with gilt illustration of a bird in flight to the front gilt titles interspersed with a repeating bell design to the spine.
