Notes Cloth is very clean but the spine is faded, rubbed to edges with some tiny splits and chips to the spine ends. There is a one inch split from the head of the spine down the front joint. Interally the front hinge is spliting across teh endpapers but the binding is otherwise sound. From the Exmoor Society Library with the library name plate and those of two previous owner’s to the endpapers. No other library marks.

Rayomond was a novelist and his work is highly readable and entertaining. Bound in full green cloth with a rather Art Deco illustration of a stylised landscape to the front in cream and light blue. Gilt titles to the spine. Laid-in is an article from the Exmoor Review 1974 on the subject of Waler Rayond and the unwarranted disregard of his work.
